Rewind 15 years—my experience with sales looked very different, across the Pacific Ocean in a totally different culture. When I first landed in San Francisco, I had no U.S. degree, no U.S. work experience, and absolutely no idea how the job market worked here.

I applied to hundreds of jobs. The only company that responded offered me a 100% commission-based insurance role. I felt lost and discouraged for 8 long months.

But—I was lucky. I connected with people who generously offered guidance, encouragement, and real-world advice. They didn’t just help me find a job; they showed me how to network and what it meant to be a great sales professional in this new environment.

Fast forward to today: I’m a seasoned sales professional and trusted advisor in Silicon Valley. I’ve worked with startups and Fortune 500 companies, and I’ve earned 10 years of President’s Club honors in the San Francisco Bay Area.
